The Taisync ViuMesh Lite is a high-performance wireless mesh networking module designed for seamless and efficient communication across multiple nodes. Operating in the 2412~2462MHz frequency range, this module supports channel bandwidths of 5MHz, 10MHz, and 20MHz, ensuring flexible adaptation to different networking requirements. Its dual 0.5W transmitting power enhances connectivity and ensures stable data transmission even in dynamic environments with high mobility.

Reliable Modulation and Interference Resistance

This module leverages OFDM modulation and supports advanced constellations, including BPSK, QPSK, 16QAM, and 64QAM, optimizing spectral efficiency for high-speed data transfer. Anti-interference technologies such as CSMA/CA, STBC, and LDPC improve link reliability, mitigating signal disruptions in complex wireless environments. With a recommended movement speed of up to 80km/h and a maximum speed of 120km/h, this module excels in mobile communication scenarios.

Efficient Network Performance and Scalability

Supporting up to 42 mesh nodes and a maximum of 8 node jumps, the ViuMesh Lite provides an extensive and scalable network infrastructure. Single node jump latency remains below 30ms, while eight consecutive jumps range between 600ms and 4000ms. Additionally, the network establishment time for 16 nodes is under 40 seconds, ensuring quick deployment in mission-critical applications. With an adaptive network topology refresh time of 1 to 30 seconds, real-time connectivity adjustments optimize communication reliability.

Secure and Transparent Data Transmission

Security remains a priority with AES-CCMP encryption, ensuring that transmitted data remains protected from unauthorized access. The module utilizes Layer 2 transparent transmission for IP data, providing efficient and secure connectivity without unnecessary overhead. Network split-aggregation occurs within 2 to 30 seconds, enhancing the module’s capability to dynamically adjust to changing conditions.

Compact Design and Versatile Interfaces

Designed for versatility, the Taisync ViuMesh Lite includes MMCX RF connectors, Ethernet, TTL, and USB interfaces for seamless integration into diverse systems. A dedicated reset button facilitates quick system reboots when needed. The device operates within a voltage range of DC 9V to 48V, making it compatible with various power sources. With a compact dimension of 50mm × 66mm × 10mm and a lightweight build of only 21g, the module is ideal for applications where space and weight constraints matter.

Robust Performance in Extreme Conditions

Engineered to function in demanding environments, the Taisync ViuMesh Lite operates within a temperature range of -20°C to +65°C. Whether used in industrial, UAV, or vehicular applications, this module ensures uninterrupted performance and consistent network reliability.
