Shipping and Returns

If the orders are placed before 11 PM of the day, the order is shipped the same day depending on the availability of the items. For every other order, we try to ship the products within 24 Hours. However, there might be some cases where the product might get delay, the same will be conveyed to the customer through email. Though we can guarantee a delivery time of 2-5 days to anywhere in India, it is totally beyond our control. Each shipping companies have their own methods, intermediate transit locations, etc. and the delivery time is not predictable.

We use Shiprocket as our courier aggregation platform for the shipment. In case a customer may choose the next day delivery option, we use our local courier partners for that purpose, which increases the cost of the shipment. At the moment we do not charge any extra shipping charges over and above the standard charge. However, we cannot guarantee the same in the future. Due to increasing costs, we might levy some charges on priority shipments.
The shipping charges are calculated on the cart page itself. You can avail the shipping options available from there.
All of our products excluding HEX/Cubepilot has 7 days of warranty from the date of delivery unless specified on the product page against any manufacturing defect. HEX/Cubepilot has one year of manufacturer warranty. However, the products need to be sent to Hongkong for inspection in order to claim the warranty, the shipping charges levied to ship to Hongkong is the sole responsibility of the customer and UAVGarage is not liable to pay for the shipping.
We request our customers to raise any request for the return or replacement in that 7 days period. Any request for returns made after the 7 day period will not be entertained. You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns and we will reimburse this cost upon verification of a defect with the product. We will replace or repair the damaged products free of cost with shipping prepaid by us. In case, we do not have the product in stock to provide a replacement, we will issue a 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.
To the product need to be exchanged, firstly, please send the photos of damaged products to us. We will estimate the damages then decide the best way to exchange or return the product. If the particular item is not in stock to replace, we will provide a full refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to H-103, Nerul Station Complex, Above Dwarka Hotel, Nerul (W), Navi Mumbai, MH, 400706, India.
Changing or Cancelling the Order
One can cancel the order unless the order is not shipped. If the order is shipped a customer may not be able to cancel the order. If the customer has made the payment through our payment gateway, the 2% charged levied on it will not be refunded(It is because most payment gateway providers collect their Commission even though the order canceled and refunded).
Please note We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components.
