Your Mission

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will own the end-to-end resolution of inbound queries by collaborating across teams. Your role is critical in transforming customer interactions into trust-building experiences that drive satisfaction, retention, and repeat business for UAVGarage.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Query Resolution: Single-handedly manage customer inquiries (email/chat/phone/tickets) from intake to resolution.
  • First-Contact Resolution: Resolve issues swiftly and accurately during initial interactions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Identify, escalate, and coordinate with Technical, Sales, Logistics, and Billing teams to resolve complex issues. Track progress and ensure timely closure.
  • Customer Advocacy: Handle interactions with empathy and professionalism, turning challenges into positive outcomes.
  • Retention Focus: Build relationships that encourage repeat purchases through exceptional service.
  • Documentation: Log interactions, resolutions, and feedback in our CRM (e.g., Zendesk). Contribute to knowledge base updates.
  • Process Compliance: Adhere to SLAs, escalation protocols, and quality standards.
  • Continuous Learning: Master UAVGarage’s products, policies, and tools through structured training.

Qualifications & Skills (Fresher-Friendly)

Education: Bachelor’s degree (Any discipline). Recent graduates encouraged!

Experience: 0–1 year (Prior internships/customer-facing roles are a plus).

Communication:

  • Fluent, professional English (written/verbal).
  • Active listening and clear articulation.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset to diagnose issues and identify solutions.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work with technical/non-technical teams.

Traits:

  • Empathetic, patient, and calm under pressure.
  • Ownership mentality and accountability.
  • Fast learner with a passion for technology (drones/aviation interest is a bonus!).
  • Tech-Savviness: Comfort with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and MS Office/G-Suite.
