1. Return Eligibility:

  • Products are eligible for return or replacement within 5 days of the delivery date.
  • To qualify for a return or replacement, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

2. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return or replacement request, customers must contact our customer support team via email, or phone
  • Customers will be required to provide their order number, details of the item to be returned with their respective serial numbers, and the reason/description of the problem for the return.

3. Return Authorization and Instructions:

  • Once the return request is approved, customers will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with specific instructions on how to return the item.
  • The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package being returned.

4. Return Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return unless the return is due to an error on the part of UAVGarage Private Limited (e.g., wrong item shipped, or product defect).
  • It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service for the return to ensure the safe arrival of the package.

5. Inspection and Refund/Replacement Process:

  • Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify its condition and eligibility for a refund or replacement.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the inspection and approval of the returned product.
  • For replacements, the new item will be dispatched based on product availability and shipped using standard delivery unless expedited shipping is requested and paid for by the customer.

6. Defective or Damaged Products:

  • In the case of a defective or damaged product upon arrival, customers must notify UAVGarage Private Limited within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • Proof of the damage (e.g., photos) may be required for evaluation and to process a replacement or refund.

7. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items may not be eligible for return or replacement. These exclusions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

8. Warranty Coverage:

  • Some products come with a manufacturer’s warranty of up to one year. Any warranty claims should be directed to UAVGarage Private Limited and the product will be replaced as per the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.
