Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused After Sales Executive to join our team
in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing post-purchase
customer interactions, handling feedback and complaints, coordinating with service teams,
and ensuring every customer has a smooth and positive experience after their purchase.
Key Responsibilities
● Handle customer feedback, queries, and complaints through calls, emails, and online
platforms.
● Coordinate with service and technical teams to ensure quick and effective issue
resolution.
● Track and follow up on service requests, product returns, and warranty claims.
● Maintain records of customer communications and service status updates.
● Gather and analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements.
● Prepare after-sales reports and monitor customer satisfaction levels.
● Build strong relationships with customers to enhance brand trust and retention.
Qualifications & Skills
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● 1–3 years of experience in customer service, after-sales, or support roles (preferably
in electronics, drones, or tech products).
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first approach.
● Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online ticketing systems.
● Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
