Role Overview
We’re looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Sales Executive (Online / Website Sales) to
manage and grow our online sales channel. The ideal candidate will handle incoming leads
from the website, assist customers in product selection, and ensure smooth order
processing — while driving revenue through proactive customer engagement and digital
sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage and respond to customer inquiries and leads received via website, chat,
email, and social media.
● Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable drone products or
accessories.
● Process online orders, ensure timely follow-up, and coordinate with logistics for
smooth deliveries.
● Maintain product listings, pricing, and availability on the website and marketplaces.
● Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
● Collaborate with the marketing team for online campaigns, offers, and promotions.
● Track website traffic, lead conversions, and customer feedback to improve the sales
process.
● Build lasting relationships with online customers to encourage repeat purchases.
Qualifications & Skills
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
● 1–3 years of experience in online or e-commerce sales (preferably in electronics or
tech products).
● Good understanding of online sales channels, CRMs, and order management
systems.
● Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
● Ability to handle multiple leads and maintain a customer-centric approach.
● Basic knowledge of drones or consumer electronics will be an added advantage.
