Description

The Mauch 50A Current Measurement Sensor Board is an advanced solution designed for precise monitoring of current flow in high-performance electrical systems. It is based on the Allegro Hall Sensor ACS-50U, which provides exceptional accuracy and reliability. This sensor board is optimized for use with 2-6S LiPo packs, with a maximum voltage of 28V, making it ideal for UAVs, drones, and other applications requiring accurate current measurements.

This sensor board is engineered to ensure seamless integration into your system. It includes a DF13 cable, providing an easy connection to the Pixhawk 1 or APM flight controllers. To use it with Pixhawk 2, the Clik Mate 2.0 cable is available separately. This versatility ensures compatibility with a wide range of flight control systems, simplifying setup and reducing installation time.

The sensor board is optimized for LiPo batteries up to 6S, ensuring accurate voltage readings across multiple battery configurations. This feature ensures the board’s compatibility with various battery types, providing flexibility for different setups. The sensor board also requires an external power supply to operate, and users should select a suitable BEC (Battery Eliminator Circuit) based on their power requirements. The BEC powers not only the sensor board but also the flight controller and connected equipment, such as GPS and telemetry systems, streamlining your power management.

For ease of use, the sensor board comes with 2x10cm AWG12 wires (red), ensuring a secure and stable connection to the power system. The contact material is designed to reduce resistance and improve overall energy efficiency, enhancing the overall performance of your electrical system. Additionally, the board includes a 10cm connection cable (DF-13-6pDF-13-6p) to connect directly to Pixhawk 1 or APM flight controllers.
